Asa Southgate, Director

Profile

Asa is a quantity surveyor and commercial manager with over 20 years’ experience in the construction industry. He started his career as an apprentice at a leading M&E contractor with our director David Daly. Asa has commercially managed many multi million pound projects across London and the UK for main contractors, subcontractors and specialist subsubcontractors in a range of sectors including pharmaceutical, healthcare, high rise office blocks, sports stadia, residential developments and hotels.

In addition to his domestic experience, Asa was a commercial manager at a large switchgear supplier and subcontractor in Dubai. In that time, Asa worked on many mega projects throughout the Gulf region including the Dubai Terminal 3 project, the largest M&E project in the world at the time. Asa currently applies his experience of disputes and commercial management to help our successfully deliver their projects.
