Profile

Tom is an experienced Chartered Quantity Surveyor with a proven track record in the construction industry across numerous sectors including residential, commercial and education.

Tom possesses an extensive skillset covering the cost management of construction projects from inception to completion, including performing the roles of Contract Administrator and Employer's Agent with recent project experience ranging between £1m and £40m.

Tom has more recently ventured into the field of dispute resolution where he has been providing assistance to David Daly on a number of expert commissions, including a matter heard in the Central London County Court in October 2021.
